Atlantic Properties was founded in 1981 by Henry Stout. In the past 28 years we have navigated through two record increases in real estate values and two recessions. During this period Atlantic Properties has evolved into a full service real estate firm with a focus on Southeastern Massachusetts.

The Atlantic Properties Construction Team has been involved in projects of all types; new commercial and industrial buildings, renovations of existing buildings, tenant improvements and the premier hockey rink on the South Shore. Paul Rodrigues is the Managing Director; and with his crew is also capable of unparalleled finish carpentry work in the residential arena.
